Ling Becker

Ling Becker, MPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public administration and workforce development. Currently serving as County Manager, Director of Workforce Solutions, and Executive Director of the Ramsey County Workforce Innovation Board, Ling Becker has demonstrated leadership in fostering economic growth and innovation. Previously, Ling Becker held the position of Executive Director at the Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation and operated as an Independent Consultant and Owner of Ling Becker Independent Consulting. Ling Becker's career also includes roles as Project Administrator at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities and Process Analyst at Accenture within the Center for PeopleSoft Solutions.
