Mark McCabe

Mark McCabe has extensive experience in leadership and management within outdoor and recreational organizations. Serving as the Cub Scout Camping Director at Indianhead Council from 2001 to 2005, and later at Northern Star Council, Boy Scouts of America, from 2006 to 2013 in various roles including Director of Camping and Properties and Tomahawk Scout Reservation Director, Mark managed large teams of employees and oversaw significant fiscal responsibilities. Additionally, Mark held the position of Director of Parks & Recreation for Ramsey County in 2018, where responsibilities included the management of county parks, open spaces, and recreational facilities. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology Education from North Dakota State University.
