Stephen Smith

Stephen Smith is an experienced planner and designer with 15 years in project management, transportation planning and design, and construction services. They have held positions at various organizations, including the Washington State Department of Transportation, where they contributed to significant projects like the I-5/SR 16 Eastbound Nalley Valley project. They also worked as an Environmental Engineer II at Arcadis, focusing on groundwater treatment systems, and as a Traffic Engineer at Alliant Engineering, engaged in corridor studies and traffic modeling. Currently, Stephen serves as the Deputy Project Manager for the METRO Purple Line Bus Rapid Transit project in Ramsey County.
