Ramshorn Resources is a private oil and gas company focused on conventional vertical well exploration and development opportunities in the Mid-continent, United States.

We generate oil and gas drilling prospects, and on a select basis we offer qualified outside investors the opportunity to participate with us as working interest owners. We also provide the contract operating services in the projects we generate.

The Company’s motto is “Pursuing Excellence…Creating Value”, and we are constantly evaluating new opportunities where we can create value for ourselves and our partners, while being part of the solution to energy independence here in the United States.

The management team has worked together for over 21 years exploring, developing, and operating in multiple onshore basins across the Mid-continent and Rocky Mountains. Highlights of our experience include:

    New Field Discoveries & Extensions
    Existing Field Development & Exploitation
    Conventional & Unconventional Projects
    Midstream Development & Management
    Complex & Integrated Operations
    Private & Public Companies
