Karsten Neustifter

Karsten Neustifter is an experienced program manager and educator with a diverse background in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Richmond Area Multi Services, Karsten provides wellness training for a recognized non-profit. As an Educational Tutor with Varsity Tutors, Karsten supports university students in writing and liberal arts. Prior experience includes project management for Operation Blessing International during disaster relief efforts, property management at Chavez Realty, and administrative support in the US Navy. Karsten's academic achievements include a Global Master's Degree in International Relations from Webster University and ongoing studies for a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. Additionally, Karsten authored a published novella exploring themes of isolation and survival during a period of Spanish studies.
