Gaurav Lala has extensive work experience in the healthcare IT sector at RamSoft Inc. Gaurav started as a Technical Support Specialist in March 2005 and provided dedicated technical support and solutions to healthcare clients. In May 2007, they became the Technical Support Manager, overseeing a global team and optimizing support operations. From June 2016 to June 2022, they served as the Director of Support, spearheading a comprehensive customer support operation and elevating customer satisfaction. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Support, leading a dynamic and results-driven customer support organization and ensuring unparalleled service quality.

Gaurav Lala completed their BSc in Information Technology from York University from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained an ITIL Foundations certification.
