Manuel Castillo

Manuel Castillo has extensive experience in maintenance and project management, with notable roles in various companies. From June 2018 to January 2022, Manuel served as Jefe de Mantenimiento at Superfruit, where responsibilities included overseeing maintenance operations. Prior experience includes a professional internship at CODELCO in January 2008, project engineering at INVERMOR, and supervising maintenance at Agrosuper from July 2011 to July 2015, managing a team of technicians across multiple mechanical disciplines. Most recently, Manuel worked as Jefe de Mantenimiento y Proyecto at Ranco Cherries from January 2022 to April 2023, overseeing maintenance operations in two facilities. Manuel holds a Diplomado in Maintenance and Fixed Assets from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an engineering degree in Industrial Mechanics from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María.
