The five specialized divisions and two independent companies that comprise the Rancon Group are linked by the interests and holdings of Rancon Founder Daniel Lee Stephenson. Rancon Real Estate began as a general brokerage operation in Temecula in 1971. It has grown into Southwest Riverside County’s leading real estate firm with offices in Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee and more than 160 full-time agents. Chardonnay Escrow, founded in 1996, works both independently and in conjunction with Rancon Real Estate.

The Rancon Group’s specialized divisions include The Development Division, The Builder Developer Division, The Marketing Division, The Asset Management Division and The Investment Opportunities Division. Each division is comprised of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals who work in harmony to create, facilitate, manage and convey Rancon Group corporate assets.
