Marcus C. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate development, business development, and management consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director and CEO of Rand Development since November 2020, Marcus leads the company's strategic direction and oversees various aspects of real estate projects. Additional roles include Executive Director at China Linghang Science and Education Group (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Founding Partner & Executive Director at Tiklink International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, both starting in 2025. As Deputy Secretary General of the Asia Pacific Economic Review since December 2018, Marcus contributes to research and policy recommendations in the Asia-Pacific region.
