Caleb Smith is the Assistant Director of College Counseling at Randolph School since 2025. Previously, they served as a College and Career Counselor, Dean of Students, and Classroom Teacher at The Lakeside School from 2020 to 2023. Caleb also held the position of Director of Member Services with the Alabama Independent School Association from 2023 to 2025. They earned a B.A. in Political Science from Auburn University and are currently pursuing further education at Vanderbilt University.
