Eric Massell

Eric Massell, EVP of Finance and Asset Management, has over 15 years of finance, accounting, and consulting experience. Eric is responsible for all financial and audit functions as well as structuring, modeling, due diligence, and monitoring/management of litigation assets. He previously held positions in litigation consulting firms, public companies, and public accounting. His experience includes a decade of serving as a financial advisor to both plaintiffs and defendants in various litigations.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from James Madison University. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the state of Virginia
