Shep Ware

A. Shepard Ware, Portfolio Manager, has held various roles related to patents and intellectual property over the past decade. Prior to joining Randolph Square, Shep served as a director with TemperPack, a start-up that invented, patented, and commercialized a sustainable alternative to Styrofoam. His earlier experience includes roles with DuPont and its outside legal counsel for intellectual property litigation.

Shep holds an M.E. in Systems and Information Engineering and B.A. Economics with Distinction from the University of Virginia. He is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
