David Do

David Do has worked in the manufacturing industry since 1998. David began their career at Smith & Nephew as a Surgical Instrument Finisher I, working their way up to Production Supervisor. During their time at Smith & Nephew, David coached and trained employees in Lean Manufacturing principles, monitored production schedules and quality performance, and investigated issues to improve product/process quality. In 2019, they joined Randolph Engineering, Inc. (Randolph Eyewear) as a Production Manager. In this role, David eliminated production bottlenecks by creating and performing cross-training matrix, reviewed CSI demand planning, and improved production efficiency by reconfiguring and optimizing factory floor layout.

David Do attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2008, studying Machine Tool Technology/Machinist.
