Feargal Barry

Feargal Barry has a strong background in engineering and biomedical equipment maintenance. Feargal began their career as a Mechanical Engineer intern at Abbott in 2007. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Biomedical Engineer intern at Virginia Hospital Center. In 2012, Feargal joined Randox as a Service Engineer, where they gained in-depth knowledge of Randox medical equipment and provided support to field-based engineers and customers globally. In 2014, Feargal became a Senior Randox Engineer in the United States, specializing in the RX analyzer range. Feargal was responsible for servicing and maintaining Randox medical devices and training personnel in servicing procedures. In 2015, Feargal was promoted to Service Engineer - Team Leader at Randox, where they manage an engineering team covering the American Continent and oversees routine maintenance schedules and employee performance in the field.

Feargal Barry completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Medical Mechanical Engineering from Dublin City University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Feargal then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin from 2008 to 2010.
