Jason O'Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in molecular diagnostics and clinical research. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Randox Laboratories since September 2009, Jason is responsible for the development, accreditation, and release of innovative molecular-based diagnostic assays for the healthcare sector. Previously, as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at Queen's University Belfast from October 2007 to April 2009, Jason researched the connections between diabetes mellitus and male infertility utilizing diverse techniques including Microarray analysis and qRT-PCR. Jason began his career as a Clinical Conduct Associate at MDS Pharma Services, where responsibilities included coordinating phase I/IIA clinical trials and managing clinical data collection. Jason holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Ophthalmology and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Anatomy, both from Queen's University Belfast.
