John P. Monroe

John P. Monroe, RA, CFM, is a Senior Architect and Construction Director at Rand Engineering & Architecture DPC, where they oversee construction administration services for large exterior repair and upgrade projects. Prior to joining Rand in 2006, they served as an Associate Project Engineer at R&W Engineers, focusing on designs, site surveys, and structural detailing. As the owner of Fantasia Construction Corp., they managed interior and exterior renovations for residential properties. Monroe also gained experience as an electrician, carpenter, plumber, and aircraft technician, where they conducted maintenance and repairs on commercial aircraft systems. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree in Maintenance Technology from the College of Aeronautics.
