Lenora Richmond

Lenora Richmond is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, web development, and project management. Currently serving as an Executive Associate at RAND Engineering & Architecture, DPC since September 2021, Lenora previously worked as a Front End Web & Mobile App Developer at Kreative Kode, LLC, where responsibilities included creating websites and managing client communications. Lenora has significant leadership experience as Vice President of Operations at Universal/American Intimates, LLC, overseeing departmental teams and enhancing employee engagement. Additionally, at Vandale Industries, Inc., Lenora coordinated electronic data interchange and led a team that achieved notable cost savings. Lenora holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and English from Queens College, complemented by further education at General Assembly and St. John's University.
