Andrew Cooper

Executive Vice President, Sales at Randstad Canada

Andrew Cooper has extensive work experience in the sales and business development field. Andrew started their career in 2004 as a Staffing Consultant/Branch Manager at Randstad Canada. Andrew later became the National Director, Strategic Accounts, where they led the business development and account acquisition strategy for the company's national and strategic accounts. Andrew also served as the Group Client Executive, responsible for sales leadership and account management across all of Randstad Canada's lines of business. In 2011, they were promoted to Vice President, Business Development, before eventually becoming the Executive Vice President, Sales in 2015. Prior to their time at Randstad Canada, Andrew worked at Beautyrock Inc. as a Call Centre Supervisor/Assistant Manager, where they managed and directed a team of sales agents and team leads in a call centre environment.

Andrew Cooper completed an Honours Degree in Political Science at Queen's University from 1997 to 2001.
