James Bourbos

James Bourbos has extensive experience in the recruitment and banking sectors, with a focus on engineering, construction, and public sector recruitment. Since August 2019, James has held multiple roles at Randstad Australia, culminating in the position of State Manager for Engineering & Construction, having previously served as Branch Manager and Recruitment Team Leader. Prior to this, James worked as a Retail Banking Specialist at Commonwealth Bank for a brief period in 2019 and held various positions, including Special Functions and Front Line Associate at Latitude Financial Services from February 2017 to March 2019. James holds a Bachelor of Media and Communication with a focus on Journalism from La Trobe University and a Victorian Certificate of Education from St Monica's College Epping.
