MJ Johnson is an accomplished communications professional currently serving as the Head of Communications at Randstad Australia since June 2022. With significant experience at ACC New Zealand from July 2019 to June 2022, MJ Johnson held roles such as Senior Advisor in Communications & Engagement, where involvement in the Health Sector Agile Release Train focused on value-based commissioning, and in Design and Implementation, targeting health and safety leadership development for SMEs. Prior to ACC, MJ Johnson worked at Randstad New Zealand in various capacities, including Marketing Communications Manager and Project Manager for Customer Experience, establishing comprehensive communication strategies and improving customer interactions across the Asia Pacific. MJ Johnson holds an MBA in Marketing Management from the Australian Institute of Business, along with additional educational experiences from the University of Maryland and Victoria University of Wellington.
