Raphaela Sena is an IT and Tech Recruiter with a background in psychology and extensive experience in recruitment processes for operational, technical, and administrative roles. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Corporativa RH, focusing on recruitment and outplacement services. Following this, Raphaela served as a Consultant at Executiva Recursos Humanos from 2014 to 2016, managing high-volume recruitment and assessments.
