David Vincent

David Vincent is an experienced executive in recruitment outsourcing, currently serving as the Managing Director EMEA at Randstad Sourceright MSP/RPO and Managing Director UK & Ireland at Randstad Enterprise since August 2019. Prior to this role, David held various leadership positions at Robert Walters, hyphen Recruitment Outsourcing, and Hays, where responsibilities included overseeing operational infrastructure, account management, and delivery of recruitment services to top-tier financial institutions such as UBS, Citi, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan. David has consistently demonstrated full P&L responsibility and successfully managed sizeable teams across multiple locations. David holds a BA from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained in 1994.
