Sam Schlimper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and mobilization. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Randstad Enterprise since July 2022, Sam specializes in advising organizations on enhancing performance through talent diagnostics and intelligence. Prior roles include Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Resourcing for Barclays, where Sam transformed acquisition strategies and successfully led talent initiatives across multiple regions, including Africa.
