Mel Porter

Mel Porter is an implementation project manager with over 20 years of experience in frontline recruitment, specializing in the management of RPO and MSP programs. They have a strong background in process improvement and technology integration, having worked in various leadership roles at Randstad UK, including Senior Implementation and Process Manager. Mel holds a BA (Hons) in Equestrian/Equine Studies from Coventry University with Warwickshire College. In addition to their professional endeavors, they are an outdoor enthusiast and are currently learning Japanese.
