Richard Cunningham

Richard Cunningham is an Operations Director in Care with over 15 years of experience in delivering quality recruitment services, having been promoted five times during their tenure with Randstad Public Services and Business Solutions. They managed the Edinburgh Branch from its re-opening in 2011, overseeing a team and consistently exceeding performance budgets. Richard also held roles as a Regional Director and Regional Business Manager, where they managed the provision of Residential Support Staff and care services across Scotland. Currently, Richard is pursuing a BA Hons in Business and Marketing at the University of Stirling.
