Caat Devroedt

Caat Devroedt is currently the Director of Business Excellence at Randstad, where they lead initiatives aimed at optimizing core processes to enhance the experience for colleagues, customers, and candidates. Prior to this, Caat held various roles within the Randstad Group Belgium, including Implementation Manager and Regional Manager, and gained experience as an instructor and commercial consultant. They began their professional journey at Snauwaert Europe and later contributed to the growth of interim agencies through managerial and commercial roles. Caat's educational pursuits include studying Strategy in Action at Vlerick Business School, beginning in 2021.
