Chris Mathew has a diverse background in recruitment and operations management, beginning a career in the United States Marine Corps from 1987 to 1993. Following military service, Chris worked as a recruiter at CDI Corporation and later at Ultimate Staffing, where duties expanded to include service management. Chris continued to develop expertise at CBS Personnel and Spherion Staffing, eventually serving as Regional Operations Director. Since September 2002, Chris has held the position of National Implementation Director at Randstad, achieving significant recognition, including multiple invitations to the Presidents Club and twice being awarded the President's Cup for exceptional service and performance. Chris holds an Associate of Arts degree from Central New Mexico Community College.
