David Koker is the Chief Digital Growth Officer at Randstad, responsible for the company's global digital and revenue growth strategy, accelerating our digital marketplaces and integrating sales enablement and marketing across all specializations globally. David joined Randstad in 2026 and brings over 25 years of experience scaling technology platforms across Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Randstad, he served as Global Head of Revenue Growth at Booking.com, where he managed the commercial direction of the global travel platform. He has also held several executive leadership roles at Regus and KLM, driving commercial transformation and operational excellence. He holds an MBA degree in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam.
