Fraser Mitchell is an Independent Social Care Consultant with extensive previous experience as a social work team manager, project manager, mental health officer, and practice teacher. They have held various operational and strategic management positions within social work services in Strathclyde and Fife, emphasizing partnership working with Health and the independent sector. Fraser completed a MSc in Integrated Service Improvement at the University of Edinburgh in 2011 and a MSc in Applied Social Research at the University of Strathclyde in 2013. They have published articles in the Journal of Integrated Care and have served as an Associate Consultant for the National Development Team for Inclusion from 2018 to 2020.
