Isabelle Matthys is currently serving as the International Legal Counsel at Randstad N.V., focusing on tech and procurement. Previously, from 2019 to 2023, they worked as a Legal Advisor and Legal Officer at Randstad Group Belgium, where they provided legal support across various commercial business lines, analyzed, drafted, and negotiated complex agreements, and reviewed public tenders with a focus on contract, commercial, data protection, and labor laws. Isabelle also has experience with the Vlaamse overheid in 2016. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Law at Universiteit Antwerpen.
