Malene Gude

Malene Gude is a Lead Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience in outplacement and career transition. They have held various roles, including Programme Director at Scandinavian Executive Institute and Functional Lead at Hartmanns A/S, where they specialized in counseling and coaching during company downsizings. Currently, they serve as the Head of Outplacement and Transition at Randstad, focusing on career development and change management. Malene is also the founder of Mindness Institute, through which they offer executive coaching and stress management services. They hold a Cand.Psych. in Occupational Psychology from Københavns Universitet.
