Paul Weel

Paul Weel is currently the Chair of the Committee for Permanent Education at NOREA, where they focus on supporting IT auditors through educational offerings. As a Director of Business Risk and Audit at Randstad since 2014, Paul leads a global team while overseeing strategic evaluations and internal control processes. They also co-chair the Board of the ESG Academy Alumni Network, promoting knowledge sharing among alumni. Previously, Paul has held various roles in consulting and audit at Deloitte and Ordina, enhancing service delivery in GRC and risk management. Paul holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and has pursued further education in IT auditing and ESG.
