Rosa Normano is currently the HSE Department Manager and RSPP of the Group at Randstad Group Italia S.p.a. Previously, Rosa worked as an architect at Scardaccione Architect and B&B Italia SpA, focusing on contract and retail areas. From 2009 to 2019, Rosa served as a Senior HSE Project Manager and Health & Safety Responsible at Igeam, where they managed HSE consulting and fire safety engineering projects. Rosa completed a short executive course in Real Estate at MIP-Politecnico Di Milano in 2016.
