Seraphina K. is a purpose-driven leader with 15 years of experience in sustainability, risk and audit, strategy, and board governance across various regions, including APAC, North America, and Europe. They have held key roles in diverse organizations, such as serving as a Senior Consultant at BDO in Australia and a Director at Crowe, and they are currently the Global Risk and ESG Lead Expert at Randstad Group, focusing on accelerating the company's ESG journey. Seraphina completed an internship with the United Nations and has been actively involved in sustainability initiatives, including their role as an Executive Member at Auckland Council. Currently, they are pursuing research in circular economy principles applied to human capital as part of their studies in the world's first Circular Economy & Innovation MBA program.
