Shelly Faruk

Shelly Faruk, MBA, currently serves as Co-Chair of Business Resource Groups at Randstad, focusing on the Forces 4 Business and Multi-Ethnic Voices initiatives. With extensive experience in diversity and organizational transformation, Shelly previously held roles such as Family Readiness Officer with the United States Marine Corps, Diversity Strategist & Brand Ambassador at Honeywell, and Account Supervisor at Aer Lingus. Additionally, Shelly has worked in various capacities, including Human Resources Generalist at Gluck Corporation and Marketing and Credentialing Coordinator at Environmental Planning and Management, Inc. Shelly holds a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Park University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Scranton.
