Sponar Régine

Sponar Régine is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology, specializing in burnout prevention and ICT exhaustion. Serving as a Guest Lecturer at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management since March 2015, Sponar has also held roles such as a Trainee at Pro Futuris and a Psychologist at Clinique Cesar Depaepe. With extensive experience as a PhD Candidate focused on burnout prevention at the University of Louvain la Neuve and a practitioner involved in training and workshops across various organizations, Sponar has contributed to the betterment of workplace well-being through multiple training programs and consultations.
