Tim Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Randstad since February 2021, Tim previously held roles as Area Vice President and Workforce Consultant within the same company. Tim began with Randstad USA as a Senior Operations Manager, focusing on growth strategies and recruiting top talent to ensure client success. Prior to joining Randstad, Tim directed residential services at Charles Hall Youth Services, overseeing compliance and staff training. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mary, obtained in 2001.
