Robert Brock

Robert Brock has a diverse work experience that includes executive leadership roles in various companies. Robert is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Ranew Industries since August 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Four Winds Construction LLC from May 2016, where they focused on residential construction and managing a portfolio of new construction rentals. From July 2017 to July 2019, Robert was a Partner, Process Excellence at C5MI, a business transformation firm. Before that, they served as an Operations Manager at Caterpillar Inc. from June 2016 to June 2017, where they directed a team of 700 employees. Robert also held multiple positions at Caterpillar Inc. from 2005 to 2016, including roles such as Global SAP Implementation Team, Technical Services Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Supplier Development Engineer. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial management, and expertise in process improvement and supplier development.

Robert Brock holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Illinois State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University. Robert also has a Bachelor of Science - BS in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. In addition to their academic achievements, Robert has earned several certifications including the APICS SCOR-Professional Endorsement (SCOR-P) from APICS, the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) also from APICS, and the Six Sigma Black Belt from Caterpillar Inc.
