Ben Calvert began their work experience in 1999 at Triangle Communications, where they held various roles including COE Combination Technician, Lead Engineer, Network Engineering Manager, and Software Development Manager. Ben then transitioned to Range in 2018, serving as the Network Operations Manager before being promoted to Chief Technology Officer in June 2020.

Ben Calvert attended MSU - Northern from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.

Range Telephone Cooperative, Inc. “Range” is a local exchange carrier providing telecommunication services to southeastern Montana and northeastern Wyoming. Established in 1953 as a non-profit cooperative, Range currently serves over 6,000 subscribers in eighteen telephone exchanges. The corporation continues to grow and fulfill the demand for next-generation communication services. Range plans to invest a minimum of $150 million in fiber optic infrastructure over the next ten years. With office locations in Forsyth, MT, Sheridan, WY, Worland, WY, and Dubois, WY, Range offers next-generation communication services to Business and Residential customers.
