Range Consulting Limited is an independent consultancy, which helps businesses and teams ease the journey to success in their projects, innovation, and change initiatives.  
Established in 2021 by Dominic Henry, we are a boutique consultancy focussed on enabling businesses to navigate organisational change and scale the peaks of challenging projects. 
 
Dom started Range Consulting because he has walked the path ahead and led the business side of an SAP S/4HANA project for an NYSE listed business through the full extended lifecycle of initiation, business case development, supplier selection, contract negotiation, implementation, go-live, transition to business as usual (BAU), SOX/IT audit compliance, and application management in BAU.  
 
Dom combines the lessons learned from his lived experience with best practice and up-to-date thought leadership to lead Range Consulting in helping our clients to bridge the gap in skills, culture, and language between the business teams and the specialist System Integrator (SI) or Implementation partner.
 
Not all journeys are the same, but we believe the best chance of success on these projects comes from knowledge which leads to understanding, and trust which enables collaboration, so that the business team can work confidently with the partner.
