Range Developments is a leading international luxury property developer with a USD 1.5 Billion portfolio across four Caribbean countries, including Park Hyatt St. Kitts, InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa, Six Senses La Sagesse Grenada and InterContinental Grenada.

Range Developments has leveraged its world-class expertise in luxury development to expand its distinguished portfolio to the UAE. Introducing Range RAK we are presently advancing three exclusive beachfront projects on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah —The Beach House, The Beach Residences, and The Beach Vista. Each project embodies our commitment to excellence and crafting exceptional living experiences.

Our objective is to provide investors with access to exceptional real estate developments in countries where we operate.

Range Developments was founded in 2012 and in this period of time, Range Developments has completed the Park Hyatt St. Kitts (CNN named it the ‘Best New Hotel in the Caribbean’ in 2017) and the InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa (Forbes claimed it was the most anticipated hotel opening in the Caribbean in 2019).

Range Developments has recently launched the Six Senses in Grenada and InterContinental Grenada Resort, under construction, is scheduled to open in 2025. This year, we have also broken ground to start constructing the Cabrits Marina of Dominica.
