Bobby Ng

Bobby Ng has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Bobby is currently working as the Vehicle Engineering Lead at Range Energy, where they focus on accelerating the electrification of commercial transportation. Prior to this, they worked at Archer as an HV Battery Engineer, contributing to the development of an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. Bobby also served as an HV Battery Engineer at Zoox, where they designed and managed a high availability parallel battery pack system. Before that, they were a Staff Engineer at Tesla Motors, specializing in high voltage distribution. Bobby has also worked at Honda R&D Americas as a Body Engineer, where they were responsible for front bumper and grille design. Bobby gained additional experience as an Intern at the US Army Research Lab and as a Research Assistant at the JHU Mechanical Engineering Acoustics Lab.

Bobby Ng completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University in the period between 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended The Lawrenceville School from 2000 to 2003, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
