Pedro Rump

Pedro Rump is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and operations. As Chief Executive Officer at Range Networks since January 2014, Pedro has demonstrated leadership in driving innovation and growth. Previously, at ShoreTel from January 2006 to December 2013, Pedro successfully expanded the engineering organization from 40 to 300 members, developed multiple product lines, and established a culture of quality and excellence. Pedro's expertise also includes implementing Agile methodologies, managing substantial budgets, and overseeing international operations. Earlier roles include Vice President positions at Dust Networks and Littlefeet Inc., specializing in wireless mesh networks and cell phone infrastructure, respectively. Pedro holds a BS MS in Electrical Engineering from EPFL.
