Allan Waraksa

Allan Waraksa boasts extensive experience in emergency services and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Firefighter/EMT at Stockdale Volunteer Fire Department since October 2022 and a Board Member at United Way of Washington County, PA since July 2022, Allan has had a continuous impact in local governance as a Council member for Elco Borough since January 2010. Prior experience includes being an Emergency Medical Technician at Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services since April 2009, and a Senior Facilities Administrator at Range Resources since April 2007. Allan also held significant leadership positions as President and EMS Commander at Roscoe Volunteer Fire Company from November 2007 to June 2022, and previously worked as a Dispatcher for Source One Transportation - Guttman Oil Group from September 2002 to November 2006.
