Bryan Taylor

Bryan Taylor, CCP, is an experienced professional in compensation management, currently serving as the Director of Compensation at Range Resources since November 2013. In this role, Bryan is responsible for talent attraction and retention through the strategic design and execution of compensation activities, ensuring compliance with state and local laws. Prior to this, Bryan held various positions at Range Resources, including Manager of Compensation & HRIS, where collaboration with leadership led to the establishment of career paths and administration of salary increases. Bryan's experience also includes serving as Manager of Compensation at Bell Helicopter and Senior Manager of Compensation at Pier 1 Imports, where responsibilities encompassed incentive compensation plan design and communication, salary surveys, and merit increases. Bryan holds multiple degrees from Louisiana Tech University, including an M.Ed in Secondary English and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
