Andy Hofmann's work experience begins in 1998 as a Project Director at MRSI, where they developed research studies and managed projects. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Research Analyst for the Luxottica brand portfolio, overseeing the execution of quantitative and qualitative research studies.
In 2003, Hofmann became an Associate Marketing Manager at LensCrafters, coordinating US Broadcast Events and developing local marketing initiatives. Andy then served as a Sr. Marketing Manager at Pearle Vision from 2005 to 2010, achieving positive sales increases through effective planning and execution of North American marketing communication programs.
From 2010 to 2011, Hofmann worked as the Director of Marketing for Luxottica's Luxury Division, leading cross-functional partners in program design and targeting the desired audience. Later, they became the Director of Marketing for Sears Optical, developing national marketing strategies for over 650 stores in the US and Canada.
Currently, Hofmann holds the position of Sr. Director of Marketing at Range USA since 2015. In this role, they lead the marketing team in driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and building customer loyalty. Additionally, they are responsible for establishing and delivering the brand persona in all advertising and creative content.
