Sara Payoon is an experienced professional in customer operations and account management, with a proven track record in enhancing customer success and driving business growth. Sara held the position of Customer Operations Manager at ProLinker from January 2023 to March 2024 and previously worked as a Customer Success Manager at ECRM from April 2019 to November 2022, where the organization focused on connecting brands with markets through matchmaking meetings and tradeshows.
