Robert Kent

Robert Kent is currently the Head of Service Introduction and Change at The Rank Group plc. Previously, Robert served as a Service Manager at Mail Newspapers, overseeing a multi-skilled team in a high-pressure environment, where they implemented ITIL processes and managed major incidents. Earlier, Robert was a Team Leader at Associated Newspaper’s Media Base, managing a team of up to 80 people during critical escalated incidents. They began their career as an Operator at the Independent Registrars Group, producing share certificates and managing routine tasks on VAX VMS systems. Robert holds a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from Redbridge Technical College.
