Tim Dalton

Tim Dalton has a diverse work experience starting in 1980 as a Department Manager at Stretton Leisure Clubs. Tim later became a General Manager at the same company. From 1989 to 1997, they worked at Top Rank Ltd as a Regional IT Trainer and in various General Management roles. In 1998, they joined Mecca Bingo Ltd as a Membership Coordinator and later became a Membership Systems Manager. From 2001 to 2009, they worked as a Database Marketing Manager at Mecca Bingo Limited. Tim then joined The Rank Group plc as a Customer Data Manager and later became an Analytics Platform Manager. In 2019, they became the Head of Data Governance & Data Quality, and in 2021, they took on the role of Head of Data Platforms.

Tim Dalton attended Doncaster Grammar School from 1976 to 1981. Tim did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Tim obtained various IT-related certifications. In 2009, they received the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG-International. In 2012, they obtained the Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance. Subsequently, in 2017, Tim pursued multiple certifications including the ITIL foundation certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, the AgilePM 2014 Foundation and Practitioner certifications from APMG International, the ITIL Intermediate certificates in IT Service Strategy, IT Operational Support and Analysis, and Service Design from BCS, and the COBIT 5 certification from APMG International. Finally, in 2018, Tim acquired the ITIL Expert Certificate in IT Service Management and the ITIL Certificate in Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC), both from PeopleCert.
