John Piazza

John Piazza has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to present. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Sales Associate at METRO PCS, where they developed sales and marketing skills. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Campus Assistant at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, where they engaged in public speaking events and worked extensively with Microsoft Office. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, where they assisted in the publication of journal articles related to the study of Middle East history. In 2015, they worked as a Women's Basketball Coach at SOAS. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a County Substitute Teacher at the Shasta County Office of Education, where they filled in for permanent teachers and adapted existing curriculum. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been working at rankingCoach GmbH, where they are the Team Leader Support / Collection Manager, responsible for overseeing support team work and increasing customer success. John is also a Customer Support Agent for English Markets, creating and participating in webinars with clients and supporting customers via Intercom chat, email, and by phone.

John Piazza obtained a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Theirtory and a Middle Eastern Studies Minor from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 2012 and 2015. John then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Theirtory from SOAS University of London in 2016.
